Users with no active devices
This means either no devices have been scanned yet, or all previously scanned devices have been archived.

Having at least one active device per user is essential for maintaining visibility and control across your environment. Active devices provide real-time insights into security posture, compliance status, and potential risks. Without an active device, a user may be operating outside of monitoring coverage, creating blind spots that weaken your organization’s ability to detect and respond to threats.
Encouraging regular scans and device onboarding ensures every user is accounted for, helping you build a more secure, transparent, and resilient system.
How can device change status to archived?
Device changes status to archived when:
- User logs out of the app.
- Client Admin archives users device.
- User can archive his own device on frontend.
- Firebase returns UnRegistredError (android: user uninstalled the app)
- The user's last device scan was (by default) 8 weeks ago.
- When user is archived, all his devices are archived as well (they are required to take an action (open app again) to be active.
